Let me tell you that the reason I started in the Mortgage business is because as a Real Estate Broker selling homes, townhouses, condo, mobile homes in Southern California I was unable to find a qualified Loan Officer who was able to 1) close in a timely manner, 2)not lie, 3)and be reliable time and time again.
I can’t even tell you the number of disappointed buyers and sellers, and late closings due to flaky loan officers. I set out to change that! I put an extraordinary effort into choosing loan professionals, the people I pick are constantly going to additional training, learning new programs, finding the best deals and breaking new ground by being the best we can be.
I have and will always insist to all my loan officers, new and old, that the client comes first, I want all clients to informed at all times, to be placed into the loan program that fits their needs and wants, and to never and I mean never take advantage to a client due to their lack of knowledge of real estate or mortgages.

P.S—At the beginning of 2005 my oldest child started kindergarden, and I learned a rather disturbing fact - our schools and teachers have very, very little budget to teach our children on - a class of 21 kindergardners has a budget of $100/yr of general supplies. So I decided to donate 10% of my gross profits to the local K-3rd grade school system.
